Iliotibial (IT) Band Stretch

Standing Iliotibial Band Stretch: Lean against a wall against your right arm.  With legs straight, cross your right leg in front of the left leg.  Bend your waist to the left, away from the wall, until you feel a stretch in your right outer thigh.  Hold for a count of 10-15 seconds, and repeat 3-5 times.  Repeat on the left side.
